Auction Terms and Conditions

  • Our customers who are considering buying a vehicle should definitely read this page carefully. If, after reading the rules, you think that the auction is not suitable for you , you can request a deposit refund before buying a vehicle.
  • These rules applies to all customers who have deposit.
  • We will reach the customer via whatsapp messenger with the contact information you provided in our website after we get the deposit. Please remember the time difference. We will be contacting in our office hours.
  • Please, make a deposit on this IBAN number
  • The year in vehicle auction detail page is japan registration year of the vehicle. It might be different than production year, please check the production year via VIN DECODER websites before bidding. It is your responsibility to check the actual production year of the vehicle.



  • You have to read and understand Auction Guide before starting to bid.
  • You have to finish bidding before 10:00 A.M Japan time. Some auctions start before 10:00 A.M especially on Thursday, you need to check start time and bid accordingly.
  • You can change your bid up to 3 times. You can cancel your bid before 10:00 A.M or before auction start time for early auctions.
  • If you decide to cancel the vehicle that you have already bought on the auction, you will loose your deposit. Make sure about everything before bidding. Auctions are very strict on canceling.
  • Try to bid your highest price based on your budget to have a better chance.
  • We will apply the bid as plus 30.000 JPY to your bid. If you bid 900.000 jpy we will apply up to 930.000 jpy. It is because how auction house push button system works. It does not stop exactly where you want since many people pressing the bid button at the same time.
  • If you want to buy only one vehicle you have to GROUP your bids. If you group all as group A, we will cancel all other bids when you buy one of the vehicle from Group A.
  • After 17:00 PM most of the auctions does not accept grouping since it is a computer based system in the evening time. For that reason we may have to cancel some of the bids after 17:00 PM for preventing you for buying more than one vehicle.
  • Bid results for after 17:00 PM bids will be announced next day.
  • All vehicles on the auctions are second hand vehicles. If you are looking for a perfect condition vehicle you have to consider buying a new vehicle.
  • Auction vehicles are tested in an auction house inspection room to create auction sheet. Inspection takes very short and they try to write every problem that they detected during inspection. They can not write any problem that they have not detected during this inpection time. Of course there might be problems that they could not detect during this short inpection period. That is why auction inpection sheet is a just report to inform you about the vehicle current contiditon at the time of inspection. It is not a guarantee certificate. Auction houses will not accept the objections about the auction sheet.
  • It is your responsibility to check handle side before bidding. If you bid a RIGHT HANDLE side vehicle it will be your responsibility.
    • Because of Covid Pandemic Conditions container prices are 4 times higher than normal. We had to to stop sending via containers until the prices drop prior level.

  • RORO (Roll-on, Roll-off) is the cheapest way to transfer your vehicle to a RORO port. Calculation is based on the size of the vehicle. It is calculated approximately M3 times 80 USD. A normal sedan type vehicle costs around 1200 USD (2022)
  • Although it is a very rare case, some cars might have a stollen history. it is your responsibilty to check if the vehicle has a stollen history from this website If you see any record cancel your bid immediately.
  • If you see BUY on the result page, it means your bid was successful and you bought the vehicle. CANCEL, SOLD and NOT SOLD means you did not buy the vehicle.
  • You can check estimated time line from time line page
  • You can ask a refund any time unless you buy a car and have a waiting for payment. If you did not buy a car and ask for refund it generally takes 24 hours to refund due to time difference. If you buy a car you can use your deposit for as a part of payment as well.
  • The vehicle on the auction system does not belong to Japonic Trade. All the vehicles are belong to auction houses. Japonic Trade are not responsible for the contidions of the cars and Auction sheet. Auction inpection sheet is a just report to inform you about the vehicle`s current contiditon at the time of inspection. It is not a guarantee certificate. Auction houses will not accept the objections about the auction sheet.
  • After buying from auctions all vehicles will be transferred to the loading yards. During this waiting period vehicles will be without a number plate and registrations. Japonic Trade is not responsible for any damage resulted from natural disasters (Earthquake, Typhoon etc.) during this period.
  • Rights or obligations under the terms of use cannot be transferred to a third party without written consent from the company and cannot be used as collateral.
