These terms apply to all customers who have made a deposit.

Vehicle Registration Year vs Production Year

  • The year listed on the auction detail page reflects the Japanese registration year, which may differ from the production year.
  • It is your responsibility to verify the actual production year using a VIN decoder before placing a bid. You can use free websites or Partslink24 for better VIN check

Bidding Rules

  • You must read and understand the Auction Guide before bidding.
  • Bidding closes at 10:00 P.M. EU time.
  • You can modify your bid up to 5 times.
  • You may cancel your bids before 10:00 P.M.

Bid Adjustments

  • We will apply an additional max 50,000 JPY to your bid to account for how the auction house’s push-button system operates.
  • For example, if you bid 900,000 JPY, we will place a bid of up to 950,000 JPY. This is because multiple participants may press the bid button simultaneously, causing minor adjustments.
  • Always bid your MAX amount for a car. At the real auction time of bidding, we increase the bid slowly from the start price to your max price. When nobody else bids and your price exceeds the reserve price, the car is yours at a lower price than your bid.

Bid Grouping

  • If you wish to buy only one vehicle, you must group your bids and bid up to 5 cars in a day in total.
  • For example, if you group all bids as Group 1, we will cancel other bids from Group 1 once you win a vehicle.
  • After 5:00 P.M (JP Time), most auctions do not support grouping due to the auction house’s computer-based system. To avoid purchasing multiple vehicles, we may cancel some bids after this time without a notice.
  • Results for bids that has auction time after after 5:00 P.M. will be announced the following day.

Auction Cancellations

  • If you cancel a vehicle after winning an auction, you will lose your deposit and cannot buy again through us. Trust is important.
  • Ensure you are fully committed before placing a bid, as auctions strictly enforce cancellation policies.

Vehicle Condition and Auction Sheets

  • All auction vehicles are second-hand. If you expect a vehicle in perfect condition, consider purchasing a new car instead.
  • Vehicles are inspected at the auction house, and a condition report (auction sheet) is created based on this inspection.
  • The inspection is brief, and undetected issues may exist.
  • The auction sheet is for informational purposes only and is not a guarantee certificate.
  • Auction houses will not accept complaints regarding inaccuracies in the auction sheet.

Right-Hand vs Left-Hand Drive

  • It is your responsibility to check the steering position before bidding.
  • If you win a right-hand drive vehicle, it will be your responsibility.

Shipping and Delivery

  • After the COVID-19 pandemic, container shipping prices are higher than before.
  • You can choose container shipment or RORO shipment.
  • In a small 20ft container we can fit 1 car. Big container up to 4 cars depenfing on their sizes. If you buy SUV, only 2 SUV can fit to 40HQ container.
  • Container prices are never same, as of 2025 March 20ft small is about 2500-3000 EUR, big 40HQ is about 4500-5500.
  • RORO (Roll-on, Roll-off) is the most cost-effective shipping method for normal size cars, for some big SUVs (GL550) we suggest container.
  • The cost is calculated based on vehicle size (approx. M³ × about 185 EURO average).
  • For example, a standard sedan volume is 11.5 M³. So costs is around 11,5×185= 2,127 EUR (as of 2025 March). This is an average. Depends on the shipping company and the size of your vehicle. You can calculate M³ as length x height x width on the registration paper.

Stolen Vehicle History

  • Although rare, some vehicles may have a stolen history especially some cars from Italy. If the car is Japan Spec, it will not be a stolen car, check for EU spec cars.
  • It is your responsibility to check the vehicle’s history using the recommended website.
  • If a stolen record appears, cancel your bid immediately.
  • Check if your has stolen history from this website

Bid Results

  • If the result shows CONTRACT, your bid was successful, and you have purchased the vehicle.
  • Results showing CANCEL, SOLD, or NOT SOLD mean your bid was unsuccessful.
  • CANCEL: Maybe the car is in bad condition and we cancelled, or another customer overbid your bid.
  • SOLD: Sold to someone else, not to one of our customer.
  • NOT SOLD: Highest bid did not meet the reserved price of the seller.

Refund Policy

  • You may request a refund(via whatsapp) at any time unless you have already purchased a vehicle and are awaiting payment.
  • If you have not purchased a vehicle, refunds are typically processed within 48 hours.
  • If you win a bid, your deposit can be applied toward the vehicle payment. Or you can make a full payment and keep your deposit to bid on more cars.
